The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of the problem or decision you would like help with. You can also optionally say how you heard about calipso. Email enquiries contain whatever information you choose to include.

How it is used

  • review and respond to your enquiry;
  • decide whether a consulting engagement may be a suitable fit;
  • keep necessary business and correspondence records; and
  • protect the website and enquiry process from misuse or spam.

Your contact information is not sold or used for an unrelated mailing list.

Service providers

The website is delivered through hosting, network and form-processing providers. Those providers may process form contents and technical information such as IP address, request time and browser details as part of delivering and securing the service.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the website, calipso or another person.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable obligations.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
